Our website uses an AI-powered chat assistant (“Chat Assistant”) to help visitors and members find information about Freedom Boat Club of Northeast Florida, including membership plans, reservations, fleet details, policies, and general boating inquiries.

Information We Collect Through the Chat Assistant

Conversation Data: When you use the Chat Assistant, the text of your conversation is transmitted to our server and processed using Anthropic’s Claude artificial intelligence platform to generate responses. Conversations are temporarily stored on our server for quality assurance purposes and are not permanently retained.

Voluntarily Provided Personal Information: During a conversation, you may choose to provide personal information such as your name, phone number, email address, and zip code. This information is collected only when you voluntarily provide it and is used solely to respond to your inquiry, connect you with a membership representative, and follow up on your interest in Freedom Boat Club services.

How We Use This Information

We use information collected through the Chat Assistant to:
– Respond to your questions and provide relevant information about Freedom Boat Club
– Connect interested prospects with a membership representative
– Improve the accuracy and quality of the Chat Assistant’s responses
– Monitor conversations for quality assurance

Third-Party Processing
